Ellsworth Road and Platt Road Pedestrian Upgrades This project consists of ramp, sidewalk, and pedestrian signal upgrades per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 2012 Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD), 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction, including provided Special Provisions at the intersection of Ellsworth Road and Platt Road in Pittsfield Township, Michigan. Prospective bidders shall conform to the Michigan Department of Transportation prequalification requirements. All subcontractors shall be required to meet the prequalification class of the particular items that they will be working on as part of this project.
