Providing Sanitary Sewer Trunkline Excavation and Repair Services to the Second River's sanitary trunk line collection system for a period of two(2) years in accordance with the Specifications and Information to Bidders prepared by the Second River Joint Meeting. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Made Payable to the Second River Joint Meeting, but in No Case in Excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000), Must Be Submitted With the Bid With a Guaranty That if a Contract is Awarded, the Bidder Shall Execute Said Contract. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Submit a Performance Bond in a Sum Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Full Amount of the Contract. Such Performance Bond Must Be Furnished by the Successful Bidder Simultaneously With the Delivery of the Executed Contract by Such Bidder. The Second River Joint Meeting reserves the right to (a) reject any or all items in any Bid submitted in response to this Proposal; (b) increase or decrease or eliminate such items as may be necessary for the adoption of any alternate; (c) waive any and all informalities or minor irregularities; and (d) accept the Bid which, in its judgment, shall be in the best interest of the Second River Joint Meeting. Bids must be prepared and submitted in standard Proposal Form in the manner designated within the Information to Bidders.
