The Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms for the design, bidding, and construction phase services of a new sanitary sewer system for the Village of Roswell. This project is necessary to address documented water quality violations identified by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA). Project Scope: The project includes the design and construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), collection system, and associated infrastructure. The selected firm will also assist with funding acquisition and public outreach. Qualifications: Interested firms should demonstrate expertise in sanitary sewer system and WWTP design and construction, funding acquisition, regulatory compliance, and public engagement. Submission Requirements: SOQs should highlight the qualifications and experience of the proposed project manager and team, the firm's project approach and methodology, and relevant references. Selection Process: The selection will be conducted in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Sections 153.65 to 153.71, using the Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) process.
