Suntex School District #10 is soliciting proposals for a long-range facility plan to be completed at 68178 Silver Creek Rd., Riley, OR. Qualification statements and proposals for consideration must be licensed and bonded. Assessor certification through ODE is required. State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon shall be utilized for all labor involved in this contract, including Wage Rates and Certification of payroll as required by the Bureau of Labor and Industries, in the event that the cost of the project exceeds $50,000.
