The Contractor will be responsible for purchasing all required Irrigation Whole Goods - sprinklers, swing joints, controllers, central computer, & software and allied material, which is understood to be, but not limited to, pipe, wire, fittings, splice kits, machinery required for installation, concrete, all devices/equipment for connection, welding, fusing, or joining pipe. The City may opt to Change Order Deduct at Contract Execution all materials as quantified by the Contractor and purchase these direct. The Contractor will be responsible for storage, insuring, and all shortages during construction.
