Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in New Westminster, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Street lighting improvements in the Massey Heights Project Areas 1 and 2 as follows: Installation of davit luminaire poles, concrete bases, conduit, junction boxes, wiring, electrical service upgrades, and all other associated infrastructure. Area 1 includes installation of 21 new street light poles, lights and bases, and Area 2 includes installation of 39 new street light poles, and bases and 44 street lights. Removal and disposal of existing street light poles, wiring, conduit, and concrete bases. Decommissioning of existing street lighting services that are not compliant with the City standards or the CEC. Restoration of all affected sidewalks, roadways, and landscaping works within the ROW to its original or better condition. Extended landscaping that is encroaching on the City ROW may be removed and replaced with the grass, depending on the trenching area.
