Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of removing and replacing sidewalk, installation of a drainage sump with liners and drain rock, installation of storm pipe, clean-outs, sidewalk channel drains, a storm water lift station, a storm water force main with a concrete outlet channel, and replacement of landscaping and other associated work at the Wyoming State Capitol building. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 9, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on July 12, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on July 9, 2024, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
