Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of removing and replacing sidewalk, installation of a drainage sump with liners and drain rock, installation of storm pipe, clean-outs, sidewalk channel drains, a storm water lift station, a storm water force main with a concrete outlet channel, and replacement of landscaping and other associated work at the Wyoming State Capitol building. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 9, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on July 12, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on July 9, 2024, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check,
