The sealed envelope must bear the words " BID EXPANSION OF THE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS TRANSSHIPMENT CENTRE" and must be accompanied by a certified cheque or a security deposit representing 10% of the total amount of the bid. This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO).
