The Contractor shall provide temporary Hydropneumatic tank system to facilitate the removing of the existing tank from service. This Contractor shall provide all material and labor necessary to perform the installation as per the construction documents and specifications. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 120 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed and interim milestone of tank out of service for 30-calendar days A Surety Consent evidencing that the Contractor can obtain the required Performance and Payment Bonds. Brookwood Musconetcong River Property Owners Association Contract 1: Water Tank Rehabilitation shall be written clearly on the envelope. The Brookwood Musconetcong River Property Owners Association reserves the right to consider submissions for sixty (60) days after their receipt. The right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept quotes which it deems most favorable to the interest of the BMRPOA to make an award on each item separately or as a whole and to accept any Quote or to reject any or all Quotes in accordance with the Specifications and the Quotation forms.
