Scope of work will consist of complete new construction and includes, but is not limited to, the following items Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to provide rebuild of a demolished burn building 2,432 SF, quadplex with Four (4) 1-Bedroom units. Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to provide new site work, identified on the plans. Provide all other work as shown on plans, in the Project Manual and as required by codes. There shall be a portable toilet at job site, provide and maintained by the General Contractor. There shall be a dumpster at job site, provided and maintained by the General Intent is to match existing/adjacent buildings. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cash deposit or a certified check drawn on some bank or trust company the proposal or in lieu thereof a bidder may offer a bid bond of five percent (5%) of the bid executed A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, Said deposit shall be retained by the Owner as liquidated damages in event of failure of the successful bidder to execute the contract within ten (10) days after the award or to give satisfactory surety as required by law. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of Sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
