Miscellaneous Well Drilling and Pump Repair Worcs This project is estimated at $6,955,000 when including the allowance. DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, no goal has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors. The Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking competitive bids from experienced and qualified suppliers with a proven and documented track record of well construction, evaluation, and rehabilitation services on Upper Floridan aquifer wells greater than 5-inches in diameter for Hillsborough County (County). The scope of work includes but not limited to, pump removal and replacement; borehole geophysical logging; downhole video surveys; test pump installation; specific capacity testing; well abandonment; well deepening or back-plugging; liner installation; and construction of surficial aquifer and Upper Floridan aquifer monitoring wells. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor that are necessary and incidental for performance of the services listed above. No Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference and/or Site Visit concerning this present Solicitation Document will be conducted by Hillsborough County.
