Site work for a water / sewer project in Pinawa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project comprises replacement of the existing concrete retaining walls along the north and east sides of the Pinawa Marina. The new retaining wall will consist of a mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) retaining wall system supported on a new concrete beam and screw piles at the base of the wall. The Contractor may provide, in lieu of the specified Performance Bond, security for performance of the Contract in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft for 10% of the Contract Price. Provide security for performance of the Contract in the form of a Performance Bond for 50% of the Contract Price. The Contractor may provide, in lieu of the specified Performance Bond, security for performance of the Contract in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft for 10% of the Contract Price. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted and the Owner may reject any and all bids.
