Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, nateria13, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades construction project, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings. The project is located at the: Nashville IA Medical Center 1310 24th Ave. S Nashville, TN 37212 Magnitude of Construction: $20,000,000 to $50,000,000 Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and must be submitted by the prospective offerors to Samuel Cornwell. Questions must be submitted only via e-mail to: Samuel.Cornwell@va.gov. The subject line must read: Nashville - EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Technical Questions. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. THE CUT-OFF DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS IS October 29, 2024 at 3:00pm ET. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 630 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
