Design Service Mission Area Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Pre-design - Phase 1. PROJECT TIMELINE: Project completion must be completed by August 2, 2024 Project BUDGET: All quotes must include proposed costs to complete the tasks described in the project scope. Costs should be stated as one-time or non-recurring costs (NRC). The sampling process is anticipated to result in obtaining composite samples over a four-day period. Laboratory testing will be performed on four separate composite samples and results for biochemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, pH, total Kjeldahl nitrogen, phosphorus, alkalinity, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, and fats, oils, and grease will be provided. Sampling is anticipated to be completed during a high-occupancy weekend at Wildhorse Resort & Casino. Test results will be delivered to CTUIR Public Works Department. The CTUIR reserves the right to accept the bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid, to reject all bids, republish the call for quotations, revise or cancel the work to be performed, or do the work otherwise if the best interest of the CTUIR is served thereby. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
