The Madison County Commission reserves the right to award this bid on an all-or-none or item by item basis, to refuse all bids, and to waive technicalities. The Contractor shall have a current State of Alabama General Contractors License and City of Huntsville Electrical Contractors License. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain any applicable permits for work to be performed. Each bond shall be on the form contained in the Bid Package Refer to Appendix A for the Bid Bond form. The amount of the cashier’s check or Bid Bond shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the Contractor's bid but is not required to be in an amount more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
