Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sutherlin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the removal and reconstruction of one ADA ramp with curb, gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt pavement, cold plane pavement removal of 1,800 square yards of asphalt and installation of 740 tons of asphalt, adjusting of 5 manholes, installation of two catch basins and 35-feet of 8-inch storm sewer pipe, and other work as required by the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract before the elapse of 30 Calendar Days after beginning work or not later than October 31, 2024, whichever comes first.
