Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Missouri City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Fort Bend County reserves the right to reject any or all qualification statements received. Successful firm will be required to provide bonds. The project will include the design and construction of an estimated 8,000 square foot free-standing maintenance building in Kitty Hollow Park. The building will consist of an office, restrooms, breakroom, kitchenette, equipment and supply storage areas, steel wash rack, concrete parking area, fencing, utilities, HVAC and (4) overhead doors. The exterior is to be of brick and metal materials. The project will include the design and construction of a minimum (8) 10'X12' pavilions which will include (1) table with bench for each pavilion. Also, will remove a minimum of (8) existing pavilions including slabs. The exterior is to be of metal. The project will include the design and construction of (2) 40'X80' pavilions. Each pavilion will have gutters and downspouts, minimum of (12) tables with benches, (6) electrical sockets, (8) ceiling lights, (1) water faucet and (1) large grill and stainless wash sink. The exterior is to be of brick and metal materials.
