Work consists of clearing, grubbing and site grading to facilitate construction of portions of the site infrastructure for Phase 1 development of The Point project. This will include installation of culinary water lines, secondary water lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drain lines, electrical, and communication lines and appurtenances, along with complete road construction per the contract drawings of Porter Rockwell Blvd from Bangerter Highway (approximately 600 West) to between 13800 South and 14600 South, a bridge over the river to range section of PRB, and the eastern portion of North Loop Road and all appurtenances.
