Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

This is a General Contractor project where all work will be performed under the General Contractor contract. The work to be executed as herein described and shown on the drawings entitled Pine Bluff Family Entertainment Center; Pine Bluff, Arkansas and consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary or reasonably incidental to complete the construction of the aforementioned project on a site shown and described on the drawings. The general construction consists of a new ground up Pre-Engineered Metal Building, concrete foundation, including all interior framing and drywall systems. All Mechanical and electrical systems for the building and the site will be included in this scope. Dirt work and site paving shall be included except for the installation and paving of the electric go-cart track and accessories. The contractor will be responsible to grade site within 0.2 feet of finished grade for go-kart track that will be owner provided. Location- 2100 E Harding Ave Pine Bluff, AR 71601 The Project consists of the construction of A NEW ground up 5,000 maximum s.f. building located on the existing site for the new Pine Bluff entertainment center at 2100 E Harding Ave in Pine Bluff, AR. The new building shall house an approximately 1,000 s.f. restaurant space inside with the interiors of the restaurant space being designed by the end user. This new restaurant space will be designed as a white box per this agreement. The additional space of this facility will house the storage and queuing lines for the electric go Karts for the facility as well as public restrooms and ticketing counters for the site activities.
