Site work for a water / sewer project in Lamesa, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work will include relocation and upsizing of the 15-inch Sewer Main, and related appurtenances in Lamesa, Texas. Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the total of the bid submitted, made payable to City of Lamesa as a bid guarantee that bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and work guaranty in the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. Bids without the required check or bid bond will not be considered. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive all technicalities and to accept the proposals/bids they deem to be in their best interest. Doc Notes: An electronic PDF version will be available on online beginning June 25, 2024, at no cost to the Contractor. However, each Contractor must register and acknowledge that they have received a copy of the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the project, and sign onto the Bidder's List. Engineer's opinion of probable cost $2,437,000
