Stream Crossing Replacement - CT Myers Golf Course. To qualify, all bids shall be submitted using bid forms contained in the Contract Documents, and submittal of all information requested in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB-1). Incomplete or segregated bids will not be accepted. Questions regarding the intent or Scope of Work must be delivered in writing to Spencer Hollomon, P.E. via email at spencer@smithgardnerinc.com and, to be given consideration, mist be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Appropriate responses, where required, will then be issued by addendum to all plan holders prior to the date scheduled for the submittal of bids. Stream Crossing Replacement: Includes clearing, the removal of approximately 100 feet of CMP culvert and installation of approximately 100 feet of CPE culvert, and other ancillary items. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the successful Bidder in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract, payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials, and payment of all liabilities incurred in connection with the Work under this Contract. Each Bidder must be appropriately licensed as a General Contractor in compliance with NCGS 87.
