Rockand is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP-2024-10), to solicit proposals to complete all aspects of the work required to build out an Immersive Theater & Educational Exhibits for Rockland Green located at 172 Main Street, Nanuet, New York (the "Project"). The Project includes, and Rockland Green will enter into a single contract with the selected Proposer for, all aspects of the Work that are necessary to structure into a state of the art Immersive Theater & Educational, all as defined in the RFP and detailed in the Drawings and Specifications attached to thereto.
