Proposals have been deposited and are under review. The professional architectural services required include, but are not limited to, the preparation of models, plans and specifications and the estimation of construction costs at different stages of the project, advice on planning, monitoring and optimization of parameters of content, quality, cost and authorized deadlines, supervision of the work, support for requests made to the various public authorities, organization of meetings with other professionals and contractors (including the drafting of minutes ), as well as the analysis of equivalences, change requests, payment requests and complaints.
