The Department of Transportation is seeking Bids for the new construction of traffic signals at the following location: Lancaster Road at Wheatland Road/Plaza Boulevard. MWBE Goal is 32.00% LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The time of completion is the essence of this Contract. For each calendar day that any work shall remain uncompleted after the time specified in the proposal and the Contract, or the increased time granted by the OWNER, or as equitably increased by additional work or materials ordered after the Contract is signed, the sum of $785.00 shall be deducted from the monies due the CONTRACTOR. A total of one hundred sixty (160) Working Days are allowed for the Project. Questions Due Date Deadline to submit Questions Sep 4th 2024, 5:00 PM CDT
