The purpose of this bid invitation is to replace a water line that is approximately 168 ft at Fox Forest State Park running from the headquarters building to the Baldwin Center located at 309 Center Rd, Hillsborough, NH 03244. The term of the contract shall commence upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (the "effective date") and shall continue thereafter through (ending date December 31, 2024) upon approval of the Governor and Executive council. 7/22/2024 Target Implementation/Start of Contract The award shall be made to the Vendor meeting the criteria established in this RFB and providing the lowest cost in total. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract. All award(s) shall be, in the form of a State of New Hampshire Contract. The State of New Hampshire shall have the right to terminate the contract at any time with written notice to the successful Vendor a thirty (30) day written notice.
