As of March 13, 2025 project was awarded to Peters Concrete Co., awarded amount is $513,284.35. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Construction of a 4453 linear foot multimodal trail around Ashwaubomay Memorial River Park. Includes asphalt trail, concrete overlook and bench pads, chain-link fencing, and limestone block bollards. Ashwaubomay Memorial River Park Trail. Site Address: 2881 S. Broadway. Site Directions: From Business 41/Ashland Avenue, East on Hansen Road, then south on S. Broadway 1/3 mile to Fort Howard Avenue (entry to Ashwaubomay Memorial River Park, then proceed to north end of park loop road to project site. Description: Construction of a 4453 linear foot multimodal trail around Ashwaubomay Memorial River Park. Includes asphalt trail, concrete overlook and bench pads, chain-link fencing, and limestone block bollards. CONTRACT SECURITY: Bidder awarded a contract for the Work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. Project is to be completed in sixty (60) working days once work commences and ready for Final Completion on or before August 29, 2025
