Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Anahuac, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a library; for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

County intends to demolish existing structures and construct a new library building . The Project includes all remediation, utilities, drainage, roadways, parking, landscaping and walkways to structures, landscaping associated with structures. Substantial Completion : 420 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Request for Proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors that can provide requested CMAR services for this project. Chambers County reserves the right to negotiate with all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
