Reference Number 0000356580 The Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN) is currently seeking bids for airfield striping to include the painting of taxiway markings including centerlines, lead-in lines, hold short, non-movement and edge lines. Striping of runway 6-24 markings will also be required. Subcontracting is not permitted. The proposed project generally includes the paining of several taxiway markings and all runway 6-24 markings as outlined below. The estimated total square footage of painting is approximately 100,000 sq. ft., with approximately: o 15,000 sq. ft. requiring yellow paint; o 12,000 sq. ft. requiring white paint; o 8,000 sq. ft. requiring red paint; and o 65,000 sq. ft. requiring black paint. All painted areas require black 6" outline paint. All painted areas are required to be covered with "Airport" Type III reflective beads, with the exception of the black outlining paint.
