Site work for a water / sewer project in Yukon, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 30, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been establsihed. Bids submitted by a Bidder who has been pre-qualified by the City of Oklahoma City. All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids shall also be made in accordance with the prevailing hourly rates of wages (if applicable) for this locality and project as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and fled with the Secretary of State, a copy of which prevailing hourly rate of wages is made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. The low bidder must establish and maintain a yard in the City Limits of Yukon. Bids received more than twenty four (24) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. The City of Yukon reserves the right to reject any or all bids. NON-DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
