Provide all material, equipment and transportation required for the purchase and delivery of one 2500 MBTU Modular Hydronic Boiler located at Columbus AFB, MS. Unit is required to be a CleaverBrooks product or a government, technically reviewed substitute rated at 120V, natural gas fueled with a boiler supply temperature of 1600F and operating pressure of 75 psig. Unit is required to have an automatic air vent control safety to remove any air from the system and 100% main-valve shutoff with UV scanner for flame supervision. IAW attached Statement of Need. REQUIREMENTS. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision needed to accomplish the tasks described in this statement of need. Under the provisions of the statement of work, the contractor shall accomplish the tasks described below. 3. DELIVERABLES & RESPONSIBILITIES. The contractor is responsible for supplying the following: o CFC-E-700-2500-125HW (115/1/60) - STD/CFG or a Government technically reviewed substitute (Qty. 1) and its delivery to Columbus AFB, MS o Manufacturer's warranty to the Government. o Boiler startup will be included. The Government is responsible for the following: o Coordinating base access privileges with the appropriate base-level authorities. 4. SCHEDULE. The contractor shall deliver before or by 12/31/2024.
