Reference Number 0000356656 Attached, if interested, is an invitation to bid for WC 41-24 - Palisades Road Culvert Replacement Project - Town of Horicon, Warren County, NY. The Contractor is directed to the following timeframes for construction. The roadway can NOT be closed before September 3rd 2024. There is no timeframe limit to in-water work based on DEC General Permit GP-0-20-002. It is understood that Substantial completion is to be when the roadway is open to traffic with pavement and guiderail installed. Substantial completion will be by November 1, 2024, and Final completion by December 31, 2024. See Agreement article 3.2 for liquidated damages assessment details. Also as noted in the Invitation to Bid, the concrete structure is not included in the bid, just the installation of it. We bid out the structure earlier this year for delivery in September.
