Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ashland, Oregon. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of July 31, 2025, per owner, they are still a year or two away from Construction. They are getting ready to start preliminary design with a selected engineer. The City of Ashland (City) is seeking Proposals for professional engineering services for Project. This project includes validation of replacement recommendation in the recent Facilities Assessment, evaluate and propose alternatives with a preferred solution, design of a new or upgraded Headworks system, provide oversight during construction phase to ensure compliance with design, perform SCADA programming, testing of equipment and develop final O & M plan. The goal of this project is to upgrade the Headworks process to meet future demands while decreasing maintenance needs and operational costs. This project may be funded by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Clean Water State Revolving Fund. The City of Ashland reserves the right to cancel this procurement or reject any and all Proposals in accordance with ORS 279B.100. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
