The Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians (STI) is hereby issuing this Request for Proposals in accordance with its procurement policies for an approximately 5300sf pole building. The Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians (STI) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors properly licensed pursuant WAC 296-200A-016. Respondent must document experience providing the requested services through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Proposals should demonstrate the Respondents capacity and readiness to perform the Scope of Work promptly upon execution of a Contract with STI and complete work before June 30, 2025. All responses submitted are subject to the Instructions, General Information, and all other requirements contained in the RFP documents all of which are made a part of this Request for Proposals by reference. Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be used by the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians to select a qualified contracting firm to erect an approximately 5000sf pole building at the Stillaguamish Tribe Natural Resources Department location (22714 6th Ave NE, Arlington, WA 98223). The desired outcome is to provide the Stillaguamish Tribe's Natural Resources Department a quality pole building that meets all of the following specifications.
The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the following
general specifications:
Size: 40' x 72' x 18' and 40' x 63' x 18 (Back Wall Dimensions) angled building with a 40 ' x 20' loft area
for commercial storage.
