Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the construction of a 7,220-square-foot, one-story above grade, two-space fire / police facility.

Plans call for the construction of three replacement fire stations: Armdale Fire Station #10, Gunn Highway Fire Station #13, & Palm River Fire Station #15. Please provide separate proposals for each fire station location. Pennoni Project No. WILDC24001 Note from Trias Construction: requesting DM/DWBE subcontractor participation. In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of twenty (20)% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors Addendum #1 has been issued as of 8-2-2024.
