All bidders and their subcontractors shall be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. It is encouraged that all bids be accompanied by a Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act to the Bidder and all subcontractors named in the Contractor's bid. If not included with the bid, these documents must be submitted prior to contract award. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, it is encouraged that all bids include a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue of the Bidder and include that of all subcontractors named in the Contractor's bid.
