There will be one contract for the work, Contract A. The work for Contract A will consist of approximately 0.5 miles of waterline sized 10" through 3", approximately 0.2 miles of 1" & 3/4" service tubing, (2) mag meters and various other appurtenances; Document Notes: Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Issuing Office, Lynn Imaging, Inc., 328 East Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507, telephone 859-255-1021, or online at lynnimaging.com/distribution, upon non-refundable payment of $150.00 plus a shipping charge. Plans and Specifications may also be downloadable at a charge of $90.00 The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The Owner also expressively reserves the right to delete certain portions of the project should available project funds be exceeded by the best bidder. The CONTRACTOR should carefully review the Deductive Alternate areas as quantities could vary significantly, or may not be constructed in total. Each BIDDER must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Additionally, Bidder shall submit with their Bid a 'Certificate of Incumbency' if they are incorporated and shall submit those appropriate documents listed in the Information for Bidders. Attention of all bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract. Minimum Wage Rates (Federal) are a part of this project. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States. The following waivers apply to this Contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants and Minor Components. Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
