Site work for a development in Chelan, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The Work shall consist of excavation and site work, forming and pouring concrete for four above-ground raceways, low-voltage electrical installation of flow meters and water-level sensor equipment and associated conduit, valves and pipeline connected to existing facility supply and drainage pipelines as well as site restoration and commissioning. The work also includes the installation of the electrical supply for power to the above ground raceways, including conduit, wire, and appropriate outlets. The Contractor shall supply the necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and services required to complete the new above ground raceways and all associated infrastructure and components. The new above-ground raceways shall be fully tested and commissioned to ensure that all aspects of the station are commissioned and functional prior to the acceptance of work being issued.
