Renovation of an educational facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Redwine Chiller Replacement Project Midwestern State University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received. Midwestern State University seeks responses from qualified respondents to demo (2) two existing chillers (CH-1 & CH-2 on drawing MEP101) and provide, install, and test (2) two new 150-ton chillers at the Bruce & Graciela Redwine Student Wellness Center located at 2609 Midwestern Parkway, Wichita Falls, Texas. All work and materials shall be in accordance with the latest NEC and following MSU Construction Standards and Texas Tech University System (TTUS) Guidelines and Standards (see Section 6.1). Work is to be completed during standard business hours. Disruption of normal business should be minimized. This is a turnkey replacement and the contractor shall provide ALL labor, material, equipment necessary to remove and replace chillers per applicable standards and requirements.
