**As of July 31, 2024, project was awarded to Ellison-Mills Construction LLC but awarded amount is not available.** Introduction: The Community is soliciting qualified construction firms to provide pre-construction services for the Subdivision Water Service Line Replacement Project. The project will address the substandard water service lines installed in seven subdivisions throughout the Community that have resulted in water outages and damaged streets. Deadline for Written Questions: Thursday, July 11, 2024 @ 4:00 pm. Deadline for Written Responses: Monday, July 15, 2024 @ 5:00 pm. Award of RFP/Right to Reject: The contract will be awarded to the successful construction firm whose proposal, conforms to the RFP, and is most advantageous to the Community. The Community reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals received and to accept any portion of any proposal or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the Community. The Community requires the pre-construction services to be completed no later than September 30, 2024.
