Fire Life Safety Systems Inspections, Testing and Repair The City of Phoenix invites electronic offers for testing, inspection, maintenance and repairs of Fire & Life Safety Systems of Fire Life Safety and Fire Suppression Systems. The contract will be for a five-year period commencing on or about October 1, 2024, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. Background Water Services Department utilizes 37 systems in approximately 140 buildings/ structures and two restricted tunnel systems in 38 locations in Maricopa County.
