Site work for a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
*As of August 28, 2024, bids received for GMP 1 are still under evaluation. GMP 1 bid awards could be available in the next 2 weeks. Project ground breaking and start of GMP 1 work is expected to begin this coming Fall 2024. SCOPE OF WORK GMP 1 - Early Site Work including Temporary Fencing, Site Security, Hoisting, Surveying, SWPPP, Erosion Control, Site Maintenance, Phase 1 Enabling Demolition, Relocation, Site Grading, Site Electrical / Make Safe, Site Utilities. -Provide a turnkey concrete scope for tower crane foundations including but not limited to excavation, reinforcing, drilled shafts, concrete, leveling pads, forming of sump pits, and installation of embeds. Pad to engineered and installed by this Subcontractor. Fixed embed shall be left -2' below finished grade so that foundation can be abandoned in place . The Travis ECHS Replacement project will build a new high school building on the existing athletic fields. When complete the school will move from the old buildings. The old buildings will then be demolished to make room for new athletic fields and parking. The site is approximately 25 acres. **Estimate Value for the Whole Project Total (4 GMP's) is at $163M**
