Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.

Construction of elevator tower and entrance addition to existing congregate living facility for women. Also, interior fnish upgrades, relocation of interior walls and roof and window replacement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infrmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 pm EST, Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Responses to questions will be answered in issued Addenda. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Renovation of existing building for a Women's Center. The work will include making the building more accessible with the addition of a new elevator, laundry room and entry area. General interior maintenance will be required. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. PHASED CONSTRUCTION A. The Work shall be conducted in one phase, with each phase substantially complete as indicated. B. Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of Contractor's construction schedule showing the sequence, commencement and completion dates for all phases of the Work. 1.5 WORK PERFORMED BY OWNER A. Cooperate fully with Owner, so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. 1.6 OWNER-FURNISHED/CONTRACTOR-INSTALLED (OFCI) PRODUCTS A. Owner's Responsibilities: Owner will furnish products indicated and perform the following, as applicable: 1. Provide to Contractor Owner-reviewed Product Data, Shop Drawings, and Samples. 2. Provide for delivery of Owner-furnished products to Project site. 3. Upon delivery, inspect, with Contractor present, delivered items. a. If Owner-furnished products are damaged, defective, or missing, arrange for replacement. 4. Obtain manufacturer's inspections, service, and warranties. 5. Inform Contractor of earliest available delivery date for Owner-furnished products.
