Renovation of a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Estimated Construction Cost: $1,350,000.00 This project will involve structural, mechanical, electrical, Fire Alarm, audiovisual, and acoustic trades. The following outlines but is not limited to the scope of services required for this project: 1. Building Construction a. Remove and replace existing carpeting and padding. b. Demolition of existing storage room, doors. Patch openings. c. Install doors to storage area, reuse existing door and hardware. d. Modify soffit for Audiovisual equipment- provide shop drawings. e. Patch and paint walls and soffit. f. Remove and demo existing electric projector screen and switch, repair and patch area once removed. g. Remove and replace existing ceiling tiles, grid will remain. h. Remove and replace rubber wall base boards. i. Sawcut existing concrete floor in auditorium for electrical expansion to new fixed seats. 2. HVAC a. Remove and replace RTU, add new ductwork to auditorium. b. Wire RTU into existing Building Automation System Controls. c. Install new fan powered terminal unit (s). d. Replace two existing fan powered terminal units. e. Modify structural framing to support new RTU. f. Provide electrical to existing electrical panels. 3. Electrical a. Electrical expansion for under carpet saw-cut power with floor boxes to new fixed seating, AV equipment, and electric shades (verify floor box power locations of seating power with furniture contractor). b. Additional transformer and electrical panel for new circuits. c. Power, and all conduits for both power and low voltage, furnished and installed by Electrical Contractor. All back boxes furnished and installed by the Electrical Contractor. Low voltage conduit with pull strings installed by contractor, AV and Data cables will be installed by COARNG DMVA. d. Replace existing fluorescent lights with dimmable LED light fixtures. e. Provide general electrical. 4. Fire Safety a. Adjust height and location of existing sprinkler vicinity of new modified soffit. b. Re-attach existing ceiling speakers to existing Fire Relays. c. Test Fire Alarm with Denver FD post construction. 5. Audiovisual a. Install new low voltage conduit with pull strings, and ceiling boxes. b. Electrical Modifications to support ceiling mounted equipment. c. Provide and install portable assisted listening devices and signage. d. Remove existing TVs, disassemble two rear ceiling TV mounts, move mounts and electrical, and install new DMVA provided 75" TVs (verify exact location with DMVA rep). e. Contractor will order, provide and install the DA-LITE whiteboard per Specifications and Legrand Quote #25084148. f. Remove Ceiling mounted speakers, re-install. g. NOTE: Prior to mounting DA-LITE board, ceiling boxes, and TV pole mounts, verify location with COARNG DMVA Audiovisual representative. h. NOTE: Verify audiovisual equipment provided by COARNG DMVA that will be installed by contractor. 6. Furniture a. Demolition and disposal of existing fixed furniture. b.
