Contractor to provide Shatter Resistant Window Film and Installation. TBR requests quotations from bidders who can service systemwide locations as identified in Attachment B, Scope of Work. The Successful Bidder shall be required to execute an Agreement with TBR. A Sample Pro Forma Contract is provided as Attachment A which substantially represents the contract that the Successful Bidder will be required to sign. Any exceptions to the attached Agreement must be provided in the Bidders RFQ Response. Failure of the Successful Bidder and TBR to agree to final contract terms will be cause for rejection of the Successful Bidder's RFQ Response and TBR reserves the right to begin discussion with the next lowest bid that meets the RFQ requirements.
