The Project includes the following Work: The Calhoun County Park Bath and Shower Facilities is a split face CMU building with pre engineered wood trusses and corrugated metal roof. Utilities are located at adjacent Community Building that include water, electric, and gas. Sanitary connections are to be made to new septic system installed separately by Owner. The plan includes restrooms on either side of a central mechanical room and a series of individual showers along the back. At each gable end the roof structure extends with a 5'-0" overhang with a v-groove metal soffit. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Calhoun County Park Bath & Shower Facilities The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
