Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 4,500-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, furnish and install material for the installation of two (2) EV chargers at the Greenville VMF facility. Unless otherwise stated, contractor is responsible for full and complete installation of all equipment, including conduit and wiring, necessary for the proper operation of equipment. The scope of work includes: . Restriping of egress path . Installation of two (2) EV chargers (Chargers to be provided by USPS). . Painting of all interior walls . Powerwash and epoxy finish on workroom floor . Replacement of fourteen (14) overhead coiling doors . Installation of two 225A, 480V-208/120V, three-phase panelboards . Replacement of interior lighting fixtures in work room with LED type fixtures .
