Site Address: 427 Mill St. Description: The City of Liberty is utilizing a III Phase Qualification and Selection Process to identify and select a qualified Design/Build Team for the 427 Mill St. City Records & Storage Facility (23-017) project. The project consists of providing Design/Build services for the renovations/retrofit/upgrade of 427 Mill St. and the adjacent structures in order to: - meet the City's minimum programmatic requirements for various types of records storage; - updating the building to comply with current building and fire codes; - provide a service life of 15-20 years; - and improving the curb appeal of the building. PHASE I PROJECT SPECIFIC STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS PHASE II PROJECT SPECIFIC DESIGN PROPOSALS PHASE III PROJECT SPECIFIC COST PROPOSALS Project Description: The 427 Mill Street project in Liberty, Missouri is an existing 6900 square foot building composed of two existing prefabricated metal framed and skinned buildings with a connector building composed of CMU and wood framed structure. The City of Liberty procured the property with the intention of creating a functional storage and retention facility for several city departments. In addition to meeting the programmatic requirements of the city, there is goal of improving the curb appeal of the buildings, along with updating the building to comply with current building and fire codes. The three joined buildings sit on two separate ground levels driven by the grading of the site.
