The University of New Mexico (UNM) is seeking qualified Materials Testing and Inspection firms to respond to the following Request for Proposal (RFP) for the College of Fine Arts (CFA) Center for Collaborative Arts & Technology (CCAT). We seek Materials Testing and Inspection Services for new construction of approximately 60,000 GSF. The project will service the College of Fine Arts students, faculty, staff, and the general public, and the broader Albuquerque arts community who will utilize the spaces. The project will be located on the eastern half of UNM's Parking Lot A, bordered by Princeton Drive to the east, Central Avenue to the South, and Redondo Drive to the North (please refer to the Campus in the Buyer Attachments with the site designated in red). In general, the project will include a reinforced concrete basement and four floor levels and roof supported by a structural steel frame and concrete on metal deck with an exterior Window and Rainscreen system clad with Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete panels. Roof terraces will be located on the third floor.
