Renovation of a medical facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The intent of this Bid call is to solicit and receive a formal Bid for TG-58 and TG-92 Linac Replacement Project for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (the Owner). Extensive renovations involve the modernization of two Radiation Treatment Rooms and the surrounding areas. The project scope consists of the replacement of two Elekta Linear Accelerators (LINAC) within the Department of Radiation Oncology, located on the ground floor of the Edmond Odette Cancer Centre (TWing). The extensive renovations involve the modernization of two LINAC Radiation Treatment rooms, TG 58 and TG 92 and includes renovation to the surrounding areas including modified Control rooms. The project also involves removal of existing and installation of new mechanical and electrical services as indicated on the Contract Documents. The Construction work to LINAC TG 58 and TG 92 shall be carried out simultaneously. The Treatment Rooms shall be substantially complete and must be clinically ready to accept the Truebeam equipment system delivery on February 28, 2025 (i.e. all services and utilities must be available with the final finishes completed). Only Prequalified General Contractors may submit bid submissions on this Tender. The Prequalified General Contractors, from Sunnybrook RFSQ No.2733127893.
